Pleasant on the nose, with dominant aromas of green apple and unripe pear. The palate also reveals green apple notes, paired with the acidity characteristic of a very early harvest.
It can be used in place of lemon, lime or vinegar, adding refreshing, crisp acidity to anything it is added to. We recommend it for dressings, sauces and marinades, and especially for lemonade, cocktails and tea. Experimentation is rewarded.
Refrigerate after opening.
