Amber in colour, with a strikingly full bouquet featuring aromas of dried fruit. Figs, medlar and comb-honey stand out in the rich range of flavours which opens up in the taste and is based on a good balance between acidity and sweetness. This is a very concentrated wine, which perhaps explains why its complexity is still developing. A perfect accompaniment to desserts or a cigar.
